Kelly, 21, has now agreed a new contract with the Nene Park club.

Watson, 32, has a deal with Rushden which runs until 2008 although the former Brighton player had been on the transfer list since May 2007.

Manager Garry Hill told the club website: "Both players have come off the list because they want to be part of what we have here at Nene Park."
