Cousins heads an investment group taking over ownership of the Conference club and one of his first tasks is to appoint Paul Hart's successor as boss.

Supporters Trust chairman Paul Hadjuk said: "We've been able to rescue the club from almost certain closure.

"The board has worked tirelessly to secure the future of the club. we're delighted to complete this agreement."
