Hunter will battle on at Nene Park |
Rushden & Diamonds player-manager Barry Hunter has shrugged off the blow of seeing four of his best players sold. Onandi Lowe, Paul Hall, Marcus Bignot and Paul Underwood all left Nene Park on transfer deadline day.
But Hunter told BBC Radio Northampton: "These things happen - everybody knows the club's financial state so that has to take preference over anything.
"It's important the club survives. We have players that can take their chance and we've just got to get on with it."
