Rotherham United have signed defender Mark Lynch from Yeovil, reports BBC Radio Sheffield.
His arrival at the club follows Friday's signing of midfielder Michael Cummins who was released by Darlington.
Lynch started his career at Manchester United and was one of seven Yeovil players out of contract this summer and was released last month.
"It's time for a change now and I'm looking forward to the next two seasons," Lynch said.
"It's a relief to get things agreed and I'm looking forward to the new season."
The Millers assistant manager John Breckin feels that Lynch with his experience of promotion with Sunderland and success at Manchester United will add a new ingredient to the club.
"I do like players who have smelt success and they have been there and worn the T-shirt. I think it is essential you have players who have sampled that. I think signing Mark will be good for our squad."
