League One strugglers Rotherham have named former Manchester United striker Mark Robins as their new manager. The 37-year-old had been in caretaker charge of the club since Alan Knill was sacked on 1 March and has guided the side to three wins from six games.
They are nine points from safety having started on -10 points as punishment for going into administration.
Brian Little, Brian McClair, Martin Scott, Keith Alexander and Brian Horton were also linked to the post.
