Rotherham have signed winger Richie Partridge on a two-year deal from neighbours Sheffield Wednesday. Boss Alan Knill has also signed Hull defender Scott Wiseman on a six-month loan, with a view to extending it.
Former Liverpool trainee Partridge, 25, was capped by the Republic of Ireland at Under-21 level.
Wiseman, 20, has played for England Under-20s, and was also selected for ex-Tigers boss Peter Taylor's Football League Under-21 team in February.
