Di Giacomo scored 11 goals for Airdire United this term

First Division Ross County have signed up striker Paul Di Giacomo.

The 26-year-old former Kilmarnock forward arrives at Victoria Park from Airdrie United, where he scored 11 goals this season.

"He's a clever player and brings a wealth of top level experience with him," said County manager Derek Adams.

"We have a good mix of experience and youth and continue to cast the net far and wide as we look to find the right individuals to bring in."

Di Giacomo spent a decade at Rugby Park before his move to Airdrie United but his goals could not keep the Diamonds in the First Division.

"It's always difficult in a situation like this where it is common knowledge that a player of Paul's ability is available, so it is very satisfying that he has seen what we as a club and as a team have to offer and has chosen to become a part of that," added Adams.
