Keith Hill has warned his Rochdale players about the dangers of relying too heavily on striker Lee Thorpe. The forward impressed on his debut against Peterborough on Saturday though his manager fears his threat may be lessened through over-use.
"Lee is a very good target man but we over used him. It's too easy just to keep aiming the ball straight to him," he told BBC Radio Manchester.
"We have to be patient and move the ball around to support Lee," he added.
