The 20-year-old has signed in time to be included in Keith Hill's squad for Tuesday night's game against Torquay.

Dodds is yet to make a senior appearance for Leicester but has been a regular goalscorer at youth and reserve team level for the Foxes.

He got a taste of first-team football during a loan spell at Northwich Victoria earlier this season, when he scored three times in six games.
