Rochdale have appointed Chris Dunphy as their new chairman. Dunphy, an existing board member, replaces David Kilpatrick, who resigned as chairman after 22 years in office in the post at Spotland.
The League Two side has also appointed two new directors in businessmen Andrew Kelly and Graham Rawlinson.
Meanwhile, midfielder Ernie Cooksey and defender Simon Ramsden agreed new 12-month deals ahead of their return to pre-season training.
