Reading have allowed 19-year-olds Ryan Crockford and Scott Rendell to join non-league sides on work experience. Midfielder Crockford will join Conference side Aldershot for the rest of the season, while striker Rendell has joined Conference South side Hayes.
Also joining Aldershot until the end of the season is attacking midfielder Mazin Ahmad, 21, from Kingstonian.
Meanwhile, Reading have decided not to offer a contract to DR Congo international Lord-Kangana N'Diwa.
The former Bolton defender recently played in a reserve game, but the Premiership-bound Royals will not pursue their interest further.
