Reading defender Ibrahima Sonko has been named as the Championship's player of the month for October. The Senegal international, 24, helped his side remain unbeaten during the month, with three wins and two draws from their five league matches.
The Royals only conceded three league goals during October.
Also in contention for the award were Cardiff's on-loan midfielder Jason Koumas, Crystal Palace's Tom Soares and Watford's Ashley Young.
