Reading striker Dave Kitson has signed a new three-and-a-half year contract that will keep him at the Madejski Stadium until 2008. The 25-year-old is the Royals' leading scorer this season with 12 goals, even
though he has missed two months of the season with a knee injury.
Kitson has scored 17 goals in 34 league games following his �150,000 move from Cambridge on Boxing Day 2003.
At the Abbey Stadium, Kitson banged in 40 goals in just 97 league appearances.
