Bougherra helped Rangers secure a league and cup double last season
Rangers manager Walter Smith says he has not received any offers for defender Madjid Bougherra.
French club Bordeaux have been linked with the 25-year-old Algerian, who has been in superb form since his £2.5m move from Charlton last summer.
"Despite reports to the contrary there have been no bids for Madjid," Smith told the Rangers website.
"We haven't been contacted by Bordeaux and that's the end of the story as far as we're concerned."
Rangers chairman Sir David Murray said last week that he has no plans to sell the club's top players after gaining entry to this season's Champions League.
In January, Rangers said they would have to offload at least one major player as they counted the cost of an early European exit.

But Champions League qualification appears to have eased their financial difficulties.
The Glasgow club netted about £1m from the sale of Barry Ferguson to Birmingham City.
Charlie Adam is also considering a transfer to Blackpool, while defender Andy Webster has moved to Dundee United on a season-long loan.
But Smith said Bougherra would not be heading out of Ibrox.
"As the chairman has said on a number of occasions, he is a player who we are not looking to sell," the Rangers manager said.
"The strange thing is the story keeps getting repeated but we have had no contact with anyone at Bordeaux.
"I don't mind a bit of speculation but this story has been rumbling on for a week now. They have never been in touch with us."
