Rangers assistant manager Ally McCoist hopes winger Aaron Niguez can become a valuable asset to the Ibrox club.
The Spaniard scored his first goal for the Scottish Premier League side in Wednesday's 4-0 win over Forfar in the Homecoming Scottish Cup.
"He's one of these players that excites the fans," said McCoist."He's got a lovely touch, he's got a good turn of pace and he can finish.
"Hopefully long-term, he'll be a great addition to our squad and our team."
Aaron joined Rangers on a two-year loan deal in the summer and there is an option to make the move permanent.
However, the Spanish Under-21 international has made only two substitute appearances in the first-team since his arrival in Scotland.
"It's a little bit unfortunate we haven't seen more of him and I think there's no doubt we're probably to blame in that case," added McCoist.
