Darcheville (left) claimed his first goal of the season against Aberdeen
Jean-Claude Darcheville aims to stay on and aid Rangers' quest for silverware despite not being a regular this term.
In just his fifth start, the French striker claimed his first goal of the season in the 2-0 win over Aberdeen.
"When I do eventually leave I hope it's going to be after winning some more medals," said Darcheville.
"Last season we won two trophies, the League Cup and the Scottish Cup, but the team is improved and we have a much better chance of winning the title."
Darcheville believes Rangers can turn the tables on Celtic this season by using a lack of European football to their advantage.
"They have a four-point lead just now but the difference this season is that we only play one game each week, unlike last season when everyone knows that we lost the championship because we played every three days," added the powerful forward.
"Now we don't have anything like that fixture load and it gives us a much better chance of winning the title.

"Celtic on the other hand are still in Europe and the Champions League and they will have the same problem we had. The fact they will be playing every three days will be good for us."
Manager Walter Smith has talked of trimming his squad during the next transfer window and Darcheville has been linked with a return to France.
However, he took advantage of an injury to Kenny Miller at the weekend to prove his worth with the opening goal at Ibrox.
Miller remains a doubt for the weekend trip to Tynecastle but defenders Sasa Papac and Madjid Bougherra are expected to return after missing the Aberdeen match.
