Rangers have been fined 10,000 Swiss francs (�4,230) for the pitch invasion that interrupted their Uefa Cup tie with Maccabi Haifa on 2 November. A lone pro-Palestinian protestor ran on to the field at Ibrox and attempted to chain himself to the goalposts. The European governing body punished Rangers in May when a verdict of not guilty regarding discriminatory chants from fans was overturned. Rangers have decided not to appeal against the latest fine.
