Letizi moved to Ibrox from Paris St Germain in the summer |
Rangers goalkeeper Lionel Letizi has played his first game for almost two months to put himself in contention for a starting place at the weekend. The 33-year-old Frenchman played in Tuesday's 3-2 reserve defeat by Celtic at Broadwood after a thigh injury.
Rangers reserve coach Ian Durrant said: "It was great to see Lionel come through 90 minutes without reaction.
"Stefan Klos will be back next week and it is great for the manager to have three quality keepers to choose from."
Allan McGregor has done well in the absence of the two senior goalkeepers and was named Player of the Month for September.
