Namouchi only featured in seven SPL games last season |
Rangers' Hamed Namouchi is wanted by both Everton and Birmingham, according to the midfielder's agent. The 22-year-old was on World Cup duty with Tunisia and is contracted at Ibrox until 2008.
Teni Yerima told the Daily Express: "Everton like him a lot and they had him watched at the World Cup, while Birmingham are also very keen on him.
"But Rangers are a big club and have appointed a very good coach and he is certainly not in a hurry to leave."
Namouchi, who played in all three of Tunisia's World Cup group games, joined Rangers in 2003.
He failed to score in an injury-hit campaign last season but made an impact in Europe, playing in seven Champions League ties.
"Birmingham have been tracking Hamed for almost two years now and, if Rangers were willing to sell, then they would definitely be interested," added Yerima.
"It is all down to Rangers and whether or not they would be prepared to sell him."
