QPR defender Peter Ramage's season could be over prematurely after he suffered a cruciate injury.
The 26-year-old full-back needs surgery after falling awkward during Saturday's 3-0 win over Middlesbrough.
He joined QPR from Newcastle in 2008 and has made 72 appearances, although just twice this season.
Boss Neil Warnock said: "Unfortunately it looks as though that's him for the season. I feel so sorry for him, he's an important part of the squad."
