Vine has impressed at Loftus Road

Vine, 25, impressed during a recent loan spell at Rangers and has agreed a four-and-a-half-year contract.

Left-sided player Sebastian Rusculleda, 22, is also expected to join the R's this week from Argentine club Tigre.

And QPR have been trying to sign ex-Aston Villa and Wolves goalkeeper Stefan Postma, who is currently with Dutch side ADO Den Haag.
