The Football Association has withdrawn a charge of improper conduct against Queens Park Rangers midfielder Stefan Bailey following a review. He had been charged after a brawl between QPR and Luton players during their FA Cup replay on 23 January, which led to both clubs being charged.
Bailey, 19, had admitted the charge and requested a personal hearing.
The two clubs still face their charges of failing to control their players - and have until 12 February to respond.
The match finished in a 1-0 victory for Luton, while Bailey was sent off for a foul on Ahmet Brkovic.
