Portsmouth have signed midfielder Arnold Mvuemba for an undisclosed fee. The 22-year-old, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Fratton Park from French outfit Rennes, has signed a three-year contract.
The option of a permanent move was part of the loan deal and Mvuemba, who scored one goal in seven appearances, was always keen to join Pompey.
A France Under-21 international. Mvuemba was player of the tournament at the 2005 Toulon Under-21 event.
