Portsmouth have signed Paris Cowan-Hall and Callum Reynolds from Blue Square Premier side Rushden and Diamonds. Pompey, whose director of youth operations Paul Hart was previously manager at Rushden, have paid Rushden an undisclosed compensation fee.
Striker Cowan-Hall, 16, also had trial spells with Chelsea and Manchester United before moving to Fratton Park.
Central defender Reynolds, 17, was a regular for Rushden's under-18 side last season.
