 Portsmouth could sign Mvuemba permanently in the summer |
Portsmouth have captured the loan signing of French midfielder Arnold Mvuemba from Rennes. The 21-year-old France Under-21 international will stay at Fratton Park until May, after which Pompey have the option to complete a permanent deal.
Manager Harry Redknapp was impressed by Mvuemba's trial before Christmas.
The midfielder was named player of the tournament at the Toulon Under-21 event in 2005 after inspiring France to victory over Portugal in the final.
