Muntari's move to Portsmouth may be off |
Portsmouth say they are unlikely to meet Udinese's valuation for their Ghana international Sulley Muntari. Pompey manager Harry Redknapp revealed that the Italian side are asking for 11m for the 23-year-old midfielder.
"If they want that much for him then they will be waiting a long time," Redknapp said.
"Portsmouth chief Peter Storrie is working on the deal and I don't think that is the kind of figure he will be working to."
Meanwhile, Serbian winger Ognjen Koroman says he is set to to return to Fratton Park on a season-long loan from Russian club Terek Grozny.
The 27-year-old had a five-month loan spell at Pompey last season, making three appearances and scoring against Liverpool.
"I'm delighted to be rejoining Portsmouth. It is flattering that Harry Redknapp has kept me in his plans," he said.
