Plymouth Argyle have confirmed that chairman Sir Roy Gardner has officially left the League One club.
Gardner joined the board at Home Park in July 2009, but stood down as chairman in December last year, in protest at boardroom changes.
A statement on Argyle's official website said: "Sir Roy is no longer on the board of Plymouth Argyle Football Company Ltd."
Argyle have yet to make a replacement following Gardner's resignation.
