Sturrock says he will have a sleepless Friday night ahead of Saturday's game
Plymouth Argyle boss Paul Sturrock says he is hopeful that his side will get their first home win of the season against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
Argyle's form at Home Park has been poor, with just one point from a possible nine this season.
"I'm very hopeful that this team will appreciate that there's a different mentality which has got to be brought to the table," he told BBC Radio Devon.
"We've got to work as hard as we have done in the last two games."
Plymouth won their last two games 2-1, away to Watford and Crystal Palace respectively.
Sturrock added: "If we put that effort in and we can get round the goals I'm confident we can get a result."
And Sturrock revealed that the anticipation of the game is likely to keep him awake the night before.
"I will have a very poor sleep pattern on Friday night," he said.
"There's big scars on me after these last two games, because of several players not playing to command and that's been the big disappointment for me."
