Plans to finish the rebuilding work at Home Park have moved a step closer.
The club has advertised in the trade press for a developer to rebuild the Mayflower Stand and as well as constructing a host of other buildings.
Plymouth are looking to build a hotel, conference centre, leisure facilities as well as "student or key worker" accommodation.
Last year Argyle agreed a deal with Plymouth City Council to buy the freehold for the ground.
The club rebuilt three sides of the ground by the end of 2003.
But the Mayflower Stand remains largely unaltered from when it was built in the 1950's.
"It would put the icing on the cake for the football club with the whole thing piecing together," said manager Paul Sturrock.
