Plymouth have completed their record signing with the capture of midfielder Peter Halmosi from Hungarian side Debreceni VSC. The 27-year-old has agreed a three-year deal following a successful five-month loan at Home Park as the Pilgrims took up a previously agreed �400,000 option.
The fee is �50,000 more than Argyle paid for Sylvan Ebanks-Blake.
Boss Ian Holloway told the club website: "I am delighted that I've had the backing to be able to the deal."
