Williamson asks boo-boys to stop
Plymouth boss Bobby Williamson
Williamson fears confidence will be affected by fans' abuse
Plymouth boss Bobby Williamson has asked for fans backing after admitting supporters were right to boo his team off the pitch.

The Pilgrims slumped to 20th in the table after their 2-0 defeat to Preston at Home Park.

Williamson told Argyle's website: "The boos will come when we lose and rightly so, fans pay good money.

"But when confidence is affected it's even harder and I just plead with fans to keep on encouraging us."
