Peterborough midfielder Paul Coutts has been called up to the Scotland Under-21s squad for the first time.
The 19-year-old will join up with the squad for a friendly against Northern Ireland on 18 November.
The former Cove Rangers man arrived at Posh over the summer after a spell on trial and has made 10 starts for Darren Ferguson's side so far this season.
Meanwhile, defender Craig Morgan has been named in the Wales squad for a friendly with Denmark on 19 November.
