Peterborough have announced that they are set to sign Republic of Ireland Under-18 goalkeeper Jimmy McKeown when he turns 18 next week. The former Walsall stopper has agreed a two-year contract, with an option of a further year at London Road.
"He is an outstanding prospect," director of football Barry Fry told Peterborough's website.
"He has been training with us for the last couple of weeks and he has impressed everyone."
