Peterborough United manager Darren Ferguson has been fined �600 and warned as to his future conduct by the Football Association. He was charged with a breach of FA rule E3 - using abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official.
The charge related to Peterborough's 1-1 draw at Chester on 28 April, in which Ferguson was sent to the stands late in the game.
Nine players - five from Chester and four from Posh - were booked.
