Former Swindon defender Claude Gnakpa has been offered a trial by Peterborough manager Darren Ferguson. Gnakpa, 24, was recommended to the Posh boss by Swindon manager Paul Sturrock.
Ferguson told the Evening Telegraph: "Paul told me he was well worth a look. He didn't extend his stay at Swindon because he is well covered in defence.
"Paul reckons he could do well at League Two level. There's certainly no harm in looking at him, especially as he would be a free transfer."
