| Prospective owner Darragh MacAnthony insists that he will not turn his back on Peterborough, even though his proposed takeover has been delayed. He told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "I'm not a silly man and have spent a lot of effort on this club. "I have brought in players and will get more in January. I've spent thousands of pounds in flying over from Ireland. "I am not walking away, I am here for the long haul. The club will be mine, maybe not today but maybe tomorrow."
