Steve Bleasdale resigned as Peterborough's caretaker manager just over an hour before Saturday's 3-2 win over Macclesfield, the club has said. Bleasdale, who took over in January, was unhappy at interfence from a television programme featuring Ron Atkinson being made at the club.
"I won't have four or five people picking the team," he said.
Barry Fry and coach Andy Legg took charge for the match, and a longer-term arrangement will be announced soon.
