Peterborough manager Barry Fry has rejected a cash offer from Torquay for on-loan striker Leon Constantine. Constantine, 26, has scored three goals in his first four games for Torquay, who tabled a reported 75,000 bid for the former Southend forward.
"He has been doing very well and Torquay have been impressed with him," Fry told his club's website.
"However, the second bid does still not meet my valuation of Leon," Fry told his club's website.
