Ryan McStay and Marc Twaddle rejected new deals with Falkirk |
Ian McCall has made a triple signing only days after taking over as manager of First Division Partick Thistle. Midfielders Ryan McStay and Mark Twaddle have arrived from Falkirk, while goalkeeper Craig Hinchcliffe has signed on after leaving St Mirren.
They rejected offers of new contracts with their Scottish Premier League clubs as they seek regular starts.
Hinchcliffe replaces former Scotland international Kenny Arthur, who has joined Accrington Stanley.
The 35-year-old Hinchcliffe, who joined St Mirren from Arbroath in 2003, played for McCall while on loan to Queen of the South this season.
He will double as goalkeeping coach at Firhill.
McStay made his Falkirk debut in January 2004 and impressed McCall while on loan at Palmerston Park two seasons ago.
The 21-year-old made just five first-team appearances for Falkirk this season.
Twaddle, a year younger, joined the Bairns from Rangers in 2003 but did not play regularly until this season, when he made 19 appearances.
