Oxford United caretaker boss Jim Smith said his side's 2-2 draw with Weymouth was a wasted opportunity to get another much needed away win.
The Dorset side played 79 minutes of the match with 10 men after Santos Gaia was sent off, and Smith believes his players did not take advantage.
"We didn't perform in all fairness," Smith told BBC Oxford.
"You have to pass the ball and keep it. There were three or four players who weren't there second half."
The match was the second under Smith's caretaker management after the recent sacking of Darren Patterson.
