Striker Steve Basham is keeping his options open after learning of his release by Oxford last month. The 29-year-old made 187 first-team appearances since joining the U's from Preston in the summer of 2002.
"Two or three clubs have been in touch, but I am going away for a couple of weeks with my family," Basham told Oxford's website.
"We'll work out whether we want to move away from Oxfordshire. But I'm not bitter as I had a good time here."
