Oxford sign Brighton star Santos

Santos will be at Oxford for the rest of the season

Oxford United have signed Brighton defender George Santos on loan until the end of the season.

The Marseille-born player, 36, has played for Tranmere, Sheffield United, West Brom and Ipswich.

He has played 12 matches in League One this season for the Seagulls, after being a regular in the Championship with QPR last season.

Santos is expected to go straight into the Oxford side to face Morecambe in the Conference this weekend.
