Oldham Athletic have announced that youngsters Djeny Bembo and Philip McGrath have both undergone surgery.
Bembo, in his first year as a professional, made his first start in the 3-0 victory over Notts County and went on to begin four games.
The 18-year-old forward had a pin fixed to his fractured fibula and also had ankle ligament reconstruction.
Midfielder McGrath, also 18, had an operation to repair an anterior cruciate knee ligament.
