Oldham manager John Sheridan and reserve team coach Lee Duxbury have been fined by the Football Association. Sheridan has been found guilty of a breach of FA rule E3 - improper conduct - in relation to their League One game at Bradford on 9 April.
The Latics boss, who was fined �250, was serving a three-game touchline ban at the time.
Duxbury has been fined �100 after he admitted a charge of misconduct towards doping control officials on 3 March.
Both men were also warned as to their future conduct.
