Cywka only arrived in English football in the summer |
Oldham have signed Polish Under-21 international Tomasz Cywka on loan from Wigan for a month. The 18-year-old, who is his country's youngest ever Under-21 cap and plays in midfield, rejected Bayern Munich to sign a three-year deal with Wigan.
"I think he has all the attributes to become a very good player - great touch, vision and pace," said Wigan boss Paul Jewell.
He will go straight into the squad to face Chesterfield on Wednesday.
