 Branston joined Sheffield Wednesday last year |
Oldham have completed the signing of central defender Guy Branston from Sheffield Wednesday on a free transfer. Latics manager Brian Talbot completed the deal after weeks of talks with the 26-year-old, report the club's website.
Branston has signed up with Talbot's team until the end of next season, and is likely to go straight into the side for the visit of neighbours Stockport.
County manager Chris Turner signed Branston from Rotherham last summer while in charge at Hillsborough.
