Brian Talbot has hinted that he might consider his position as Oldham boss after their 2-0 defeat at Brentford. He said: "It was a poor performance and, obviously, the buck stops with the manager. I work with the players every day and we looked a poor outfit.
"We're in for a hard winter and, to be honest, if I can't get them playing better than that then I have got to seriously look at myself.
"That performance was not acceptable, not good enough. I can see that."
