Notts County striker Lawrie Dudfield has pledged his long-term future to the club despite spending much of this season on the substitutes' bench. The 26-year-old signed a one-year deal in the summer and is keen to secure a longer contract this term.
He said: "Everyone says I can't be happy on the bench and I'm not happy on the bench. I want to get in the team and set roots in Nottingham.
"I want to stay and I'm prepared to do anything it takes to sign a long deal."
