Lee had agreed to join Aldershot in May, but has now joined County |
Notts County boss Steve Thompson has secured a quartet of new signings. Veteran ex-Northampton striker Jason Lee, 35, has signed a two-year deal - despite having agreed a move to Aldershot earlier this summer.
Out-of-contract defender Matt Somner, 23, has also left Aldershot to join the Magpies on a two-year deal.
Thompson has also signed striker Lawrie Dudfield, 26, and defender Alan White, 30, on 12-month contracts following their departure from Boston United.
The quartet are Thompson's first signings since he was recently appointed as manager for his second spell with the club.
He has also handed a two-year professional deal to 17-year-old defender Bobby Wilson, who was player of the season for County's youth team last term.
