Mills has been busy in the transfer market since the season ended |
Notts County have signed midfielder Julian Baudet, who has been released by Rotherham, on a two-year contract. Magpies manager Gary Mills has also signed central defender Mike Edwards from Grimsby on a two-year contract, reports BBC Radio Nottingham.
Mills is hoping to sign a striker, who has agreed to join, and will meet his agent to discuss terms on Wednesday.
But the Magpies have missed out on another target - Darlington striker Barry Conlon has joined Barnsley.
Mills is looking to revamp his squad following their relegation to Division Three.
The latest two signings take to five the number of players brought in by County since the season ended.
"We are continuing our efforts to bring players in. We have a long list of targets," the boss said.
